Tired All The Time?
If being tired is chronic, there could be more going on than you think......
Adrenal Fatigue!!! Stress! If you're suffering from any of these symptoms, there may be a reason.
After months of feeling tired, even after a good night's sleep, I knew it had to be more than late nights and early mornings. I seem to always operate on deadlines, schedules and constantly have work to do. It doesn't help that I have 2 very busy teens. When a doctor friend of mine mentioned adrenal fatigue, it all made sense.
If you have tiredness, brain fog, lack of motivation, among other symptoms, you should first have a thorough evaluation with a medical doctor.
Anaemia, sleep apnea, autoimmune diseases, infections, other hormonal impairments, mental illnesses, heart and lung problems, and kidney and liver diseases are just some among many medical conditions that could cause similar symptoms.
If the workup from your medical professional turns out normal and you believe you might have adrenal fatigue, I would recommend you consider supplements and seeing a Naturopathic Doctor.
Signs and symptoms of adrenal insufficiency may include:
• Body aches.
• Moodiness, irritability, or depression.
• Low blood pressure.
• Loss of body hair.
• Skin problems, such as acne or reddish-blue streaks on the abdomen or underarm area.
