Crustless Quiche

This very delicious quiche is about 2 carbs (depending on your ingredients) and full of flavour! Without the calories and carbs from traditional crust, this recipe has a nice crisp crust you'll love.

If you aren't on a low-carb or a Keto diet and just want to make this dish because it's so easy, try adding a 1/4 cup of regular flour for the same effect.

Sugar-Free Lemon Loaf

When I have a sweet tooth I need to bake IMMEDIATELY. This low-carb and sugar-free Lemon Loaf was made with almond meal and coconut flour. Used coconut oil as my fat and Lakanto as the sweetener. Very Delish. The whole family, including the anti-keto kids, loved it!

Healthful Bone-Broth

Healthful, delicious and so soothing during the winter months, bone broth is known to improve many functions of the body, increase immunity and help with digestive issues.

It can be made from the bones of healthy beef, bison, lamb, poultry, or fish. Vegetables and spices are often added both for flavour and added nutrients.

I like to make this after cooking a roast or even roasting a chicken, instead of letting all of the bones go to waste. You won’t regret giving this recipe a try!
